Computer DOWN!
We have a problem, WE HAVE A PROBLEM! The T.Way computer is officially down and out for the count. The PC with everything both valuable and invaluable information and designs caught one of the violent and dangerous computer viruses. Luckily the majority of the computer was continually backed-up on an external hard drive. Looks to be time to finally make the switch from PC to a Mac. Any suggestions??

JBiZzNys on TV...AGAIN
My younger sister and Dad haven't been the only television stars lately (featured on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition). My good, good friend JBiZznys (legal name Joe Buys) moved out to LA a few months back to pursue his music, acting, modeling, etc. career(s). I've blogged about his progress and milestones while he's been out there before, so I won't be this time other than highlighting his spot on a recent CSI episode as a police officer. He has also just dropped a couple new tracks that he had me do some album art - which I will be sure to post shortly. Isn't he soooooo cute, ladies?!?!! Hahaaa

E-LOG on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
For the second time within a year's time, the e-log was featured on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The first time the e-log was used on the inside of the house in the master bedroom and fireplace/kitchen of the home. This time however, the e-log was literally the focus of the show being featured on the entire exterior and much of the interior of the home. The product was even highlighted in a mini segment of the show talking about it as a high-end "green" product that uses recycled Styrofoam and wood veneer (which requires much, MUCH less trees to cut down). During this segment, the designer shares the spotlight with both my sister and my dad. So to show you, I simply paused to TiVo and take a quick snapshot of them for the sole purpose of putting it on this blog.

Remember these E-LOG Air Force 1's completed last Fall??

MVP Sneakers Making News!
The LeBron MVP sneakers have definitely been getting some attention for other media and news sources. Here are a few of them that I have seen thus far (click to view them):
At the 22:58 mark of DJ Steph Floss' video blog, he captures me presenting the sneakers to LeBron - check it for yourself!
*Watch out for the haters - haha!

LeBron MVP Tee?
Obviously the LeBron MVP campaign has been a big deal for Nike and hence the MVP pack they put together with the LeBron VI Zoom MVP edition and the tees. They are both real nice, but this is kinda what I was thinking they should have done - or maybe at least along these lines. Who knows, maybe it can still be a collabo effort soon down the road??

Paul Wall
Earlier today I got an e-mail from my man Tarence Wheeler saying Paul Wall would be visiting his and Derrick Coleman's Snyx Studio in Detroit. So simply put, I made a visit myself and kicked it with them for awhile. TWheel and I were also brainstorming a bit about me doing a special sneaker collab with the store - so look for that this summer. As for Paul Wall...he seemed very interested in some custom work himself, so hopefully that will happen sometime soon. Just another day living the T.WayCustoms lifestyle, ha. Stay posted throughout for more.

Delivering MVP Sneakers to LeBron
First of all, what a crazy day. I was in Grand Rapids this morning and woke up at a decent time and went straight down to the office to begin work for the day. As I turned on SportsCenter, the breaking news came in that the NBA would be announcing the MVP award TODAY in Akron, Ohio. I was like, "Oh shoot!" I was planning on delivering the shoes tomorrow, but not today! Real quickly I contacted Uncle Wes to confirm all of this and find out the time of the press conference. Realizing it was at 4PM this afternoon in Akron, I flipped. I grabbed everything around me, threw it in the car and basically took off from Grand Rapids on the 5+ hour drive to Akron. I did not have time for coffee, breakfast, my scheduled hair cut, or even a shower. Not a good way to start the day!

I drove faster than I ever have and avoided cops entirely to make it to St. Vincent St. Mary's High School in Akron minutes before 4PM. The press conference was an amazing experience in itself as I was located right next to Ben Wallace and the entire Cavs team the whole time. After the conference Wes introduced me to LeBron and I presented the shoes to him - he loved 'em with a smile. Problem was my camera broke down right before that, so unfortunately no picture of me with LeBron and the sneakers! LeBron then set the shoes over by his MVP trophy and shook my hand with a big smile.
