LeBron "Preview" Painting
It took somewhere between two or three weeks to complete, but the "preview" painting of the LeBron shoe is complete. For those unaware of what it is and its purpose, this painting serves as the preview of what the shoe for King James will look like commemorating his Golden success at the 2008 Olympics. The painting is on 16" x 20" canvas using oil paints for the background and acrylics for the rest. This "preview" will be displayed on tour at the different sneaker/street wear boutiques while I work on the customization of LeBron's AF1s. Then at the conclusion of the campaign I will conduct an interview with LeBron and have him sign the painting to auction it off so the majority of the proceeds can benefit a charity (TBD). I am currently not permitted to display pictures of the painting yet but will post them as soon as the time is right. So this story and project is "To Be Continued..." So keep it posted for more updates.
