On Saturday I'll be flying out to Seattle to spend some time meeting with Starbucks and Nike executives, so all week I've been preparing a presentation and brainstorming ideas that could blossom. The JBiZzNys concert at the Ionia Free Fair was a great time for both tWc & BiZzNys. The weather cooperated & he just killed his hometown fans with hit after hit. I swear, he'll be doing big things sometime soon on the music scene -- his stage presence just kills it throughout the show.

As many witnessed last night, Josh Hamilton crushed 28 home runs in the first round of the MLB Home Run Derby. The kid was absolutely on fire and in the zone knocking those pitches out 500+ feet. Happy 4th of July people; my word of advice is to appreciate what the day really means because often times we as Americans take it for granted. This week I've been blessed to spend most of my time in Charlevoix, in northern Michigan, with a lot of my entire family: brothers, sisters, parents, both sets of grand parents, great aunts & uncles, aunts & uncles, dozens of cousins and second cousins, & even cousin's children. I'm saying this to stress the importance to not only spend time with whatever family you may be blessed with, but also appreciate every moment of that.
